Kostoľany Educational Trail

The idea to build an education trail was born in Nitra, at the Regional Centre for Environmental Protection of the State Environmental Protection of the Slovak Republic in 2008. The construction was financed by the Monuments Board of the Slovak Republic in Bratislava and by the European Community project Cradles of European Culture No. 2010-0653 (Culture 2007–2013). The trail marking was done by the Trail Marking Commission of the Slovak Tourist Club in Nitra. The trail will be officially opened in 2015.
